There is plenty of parking space including room to park an RV or boat trailer! Bedrooms: This home is a cozy studio apartment home with a comfortable queen mattress & high-end linen to guarantee a good night’s sleep during your stay! The room is equipped with a smart Roku TV & a high top seating area perfect to utilize as a dedicated workspace. The home is serviced by a new high-efficient heating & cooling unit so you will have a comfortable stay! Location: This country living home is conveniently located to all the area’s attractions including Yuba City, Beale Air Force Base, The Hard Rock Resort & Casino, Downtown Sacramento, several outdoor parks, walking trails & more! There is no shortage of adventure when staying at our home! This home is located in a large, private lot. Guests will have access to the entire place to themselves. Our home is in a quiet family-friendly area with the convenience to all your outdoor adventures! We are conveniently located near Yuba City, only 12 minutes away & Beale Air Force Base, only 22 minutes away. Other attractions include Peach Tree Golf & Country Club (14min), Lake of the Woods State Wildlife Area (19min) & Sutter National Wildlife Refuge (30min). Getting here is easy as the Sacramento airport is only 30 minutes south. Once you are here there is a grocery store only 3 minutes away to stock up for your stay. There is a small amount of rideshare options in the Olivehurst area. The best option for exploring the area & getting around with ease is with your own vehicle. Other things to note: - We allow up to 2 pets per stay. A pet fee of $90 per pet. For example, if you have 2 pets, then it would be $180 additional for the entire stay. - A security camera is located outside the of the property overlooking the street entrance for safety & monitoring our cleaning crew - A fully functioning washer & dyer is available for use in the closet on the outside of home - No parties/events are permitted
