Need a place to stay? This is it!!! Relax on your way through town, for a day, week, month or more. We are friendly with room to share. A main floor room w/ a queen bed, tiny fridge & TV. Shared full bath upstairs & 3/4 on the main level. Laundry room Driveway Parking Wi-Fi Note: We have 2 cats and 2 small dogs (Paisley & Chloe) who are super friendly. No additional pets please. Rules: No smoking in/on property Shoes off by front door No Food or sugary sodas in rooms (shared kitchen OPEN). The space The living areas, bathrooms, kitchen & laundry are shared spaces. You have your own private room that locks from the inside. This is our home, but we love meeting new people and sharing our rooms for much less than a hotel stay. We are only 2.5 miles away from I94 and about 40 minutes from Downtown Minneapolis. The Albertville Premium Outlets are 2 miles away, along with several restaurants and a one-of-a-kind movie theater that is a must see! Guest access You will have access to your room, the whole house minus the other bedrooms. Laundry available You will be provided your own combination code to enter through the front door. Please keep in mind, this is a family home with room to share. Your room is private with a lock. Shared upstairs full bath. During your stay We live here full time, so please feel free to ask questions. Other things to note Please know, that if you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before arrival…it’s non-refundable. If you come & leave for whatever reason, your full reservation is non-refundable. If your plans change please cancel several days prior, so you are provided a refund.
