Renting our beautifull house in Utrecht? You should! Go visit our city with everything in walking distance from the house. Then, return in this newly renovated house which gives you unique and rich feeling because of the high ceilings with classic details. A nice wine at the fireplace? Chatting and cooking at the bar in the open kitchen? A BBQ in the garden? Or take a nice bath and relax. Everything is possible! Our home is also suitable for kids, since we have a 3 year old son The space The living room has beautiful high ceilings with classic details from the late 1800. There is a wooden stoked fire place. Also an open kitchen. You will find everything you need to cook a nice dinner and chill afterwards for some TV. If the weather is nice, take a seat in our garden and enjoy the evening sun. There is a seperate toilet downstairs. Upstairs on the first floor there is one bedroom with double bed. One childrens (or extra bedroom) with bunkbed, a seperate toilet and one of our two bathrooms with shower and bath. The second floor has another bedroom with double bed and also a bathroom with double shower. (we have a baby so there is one babyroom, but not in use if not necessary). !!!
