Damage: The tenant shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the property and its fixtures during the term of this lease. 8. No dirty dishes or trash should be left in the apartment! Cleaning fee does not include such chores. Housekeeper will charge additional $25.00 to clean dirty dishes, pots and pans left, and it will be deducted from your security deposit and or charged to your credit card securing the booking. 9.
