Bayside sleeps 7 w/family room

The space: 1 bath, no kitchen (microwave and mini fridge avail), a common space, and small outdoor patio all on lower level of two story home. The upper level is a private space for the owner. This home is close to everything on the Central Coast! A quick 5 min walk to the bay, restaurants close by, and beautiful state parks within 3 miles This is not a party house meaning this is a quite family neighborhood and is not suitable for parties Thank you for abiding by these rules The space 3 private rooms, each room has a queen bed, 1 of them has a queen and a twin. The beds are all very comfortable. 1 full bath, a common room w/ table and chairs (no couch), outdoor patio w seating and ping pong table, no kitchen (mini fridge and microwave avail) Guest access Lower level only.
