Bee&Bee - Stone Chalet - Relax in Nature

At the center of a large lawn on the edge of the woods, our house, an ancient chestnut dryer, has recently been renovated with local materials such as Langa stone and chestnut, integrating modern technologies, air conditioning, electric car charging and a gazebo where you can relax outdoors. Nearby there are beautiful trails to Mountain Bike and Trekking, while in half anhour by car you can reach the Ligurian Sea and the Langhe, with their famous landscapes, wines, and cuisine. The space Bee&Bee is an independent house totally made of Langa stone and Castagno wood, located in the center of a large lawn of two hectares that will allow you to enjoy the true relaxation that only contact with nature can give. The spacious lawn is perfect for making your dog or cat happy, who can run free. About half an hour away you can find the Ligurian Sea with beautiful towns such as Noli, Bergeggi and Finale Ligure. In the surroundings, there are many places to walk in nature and/or take a ride on a mountain bike, while the proximity to the Langhe will allow you to taste the best Italian wines, such as Barbaresco and Barolo. The gazebo with a large table will allow you to have lunch or dinner outdoors whenever you want. There are also the most modern technologies such as the heat pump for cooling and heating, continuous air exchange and fiber-optic internet. There is also a charging outlet for 3kw type 2 electric cars that you can use for consumption. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal, as well as part of the surrounding land. Right in front of the house is a furnished space where you can park, eat and relax outdoors. Other things to note The last stretch of about 300m to reach Bee&Bee is unpaved. Although it is constantly kept clean, the stretch is not recommended for particularly sporty cars that are not raised much from the ground. In this case, it is possible to park before the start of the dirt road. In winter, in case of snow, the dirt part of the road cannot be cleared of snow.
