From the entrance of the property, down a flight of stairs, you will find the main floor with a fully equipped open plan kitchen with everything you need and open to the living room with dining area, a comfortable sofa, 40" TV and direct access to the large terrace overlooking the park where you can enjoy a good lunch while you enjoy the atmosphere of the place. In addition, for greater comfort, there is a secondary bathroom with shower on the main floor and a roof terrace on the third floor with outdoor furniture.
