There is an open full kitchen with Island and farm sink. - 10 to 15 minutes to downtown San Diego, the Convention Center, Little Italy, and 32nd Naval Base, San Diego Zoo/ Balboa Park, Coronado Island beach - 15 to 20 minutes to Sea World, Tijuana Mexico, La Jolla, IB, OB - Close to Grocery , fast food, and restaurants - 2 easy, fast access ways to Freeway - Keypad entry - Parking - AIR CONDITIONING, - Wired internet, Wi-Fi - Laundry The space The space is comfortable (~1400sf) - Central air unit please do not turn AC below 72 at night and 74 during day. - There is a guest quarters attached to the main house. If you need more space (1 bed 1 bath; There is a shared wall, separated by a pocket door., covered by a barn door; please do not try to open. ((( Seeing someone in the guest quarters will only be possible from parking or laundry use.))) - Please be respectful. No excessive noise. No loud Noise after 9:30pm Please!!! - There is a enclosed back patio. Property improvements are in progress in the back of property. Please stay inside the fenced area. Guest quarters and laundry are through the patio white door. - Wired Internet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, and Smart TV - Laundry (the only shared space) , dryer, and detergent are provided. Please do not overload the machines. Shake off sand before use. - Absolutely NO smoking or drugs on the property. ( You will be charged an additional cleaning fee) - Absolutely NO pets or animals of any kind, AT ANY TIME - Do not dye your hair inside the house - Security cameras surround all outdoor spaces. Guest access - PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE AIR CONDITION ON. If you are not in the space. -There is no access to guest quarters unless booked, or the garage. Please park in driveway. - There is a back patio, and BBQ grill for your use. Please do not go through white door unless using laundry. -The property is not for entertaining. - ONLY GUEST THAT ARE PART OF THE BOOKING ALLOWED Other things to note - Late check-in is fine - The Outside property is covered with Security Cameras - (Please read the house rules before you book.) - I can be flexible with cancelations, but you must communicate with me.
