Private inground pool and rear deck perfect for relaxing at the end of the day & an outdoor dining area 3 bedrooms, all with sturdy queen beds, 1 bathroom. Front loader washer & dryer under the house. Carport out the front, Offstreet parking & fully air conditioned with fast Wifi. The space Cosy 3 bedroom house with room darkening blinds in all bedrooms and air con throughout. Cool down on a hot summer's day in the pool or enjoy relaxing on the deck overlooking the pool area. There is also an outdoor dining area. All bedrooms have queen beds, sturdy timber or ensemble base, with quality comfy mattresses. All bed linens and towels are washed and sanitised between guests, with extra towels provided. Bathroom has shower over bath with seperate toilet. Downstairs has lockable area, front loader washing machine and laundry tub. Clothes line is in back yard or there is a covered deck area The house is located on a quiet narrow street with limited traffic majority of the day. There are Race horse stables across the road, and there can be some increased early morning noise due to horses being transported. Otherwise it is a quiet, hassle free area. This is a fully equiped home suitable for families or workers needing comfortable accommodation while in Rockhampton. Guest access Guests have access to whole house upstairs and half of under house/laundry area. The other half of under house is used for storage and will not be accessible by guests. Guests have uninterrupted use of the home and pool during your stay. Scheduled pool and lawn maintenance will be carried out fortnightly at times that suit guests whenever possible :) Other things to note Maximum guests is 5 adults. Please keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. Children are welcome, however as there are two balconies and a staircase without a gate, please ensure young children are supervised at all times. Children require adult supervision at all times in and around pool.
