Loft 268 is a contemporary and sophisticated building in the vibrant and lively area, "Zona Romántica" of Puerto Vallarta. It offers stunning panoramic views of the ocean, city and mountains from its rooftop as well as an amazing infinity pool, jacuzzi and gym. Ocean views and beautiful surroundings are also offered from the private balcony. Within a short walk you will find Los Muertos beach and Mantamar Beach Club. A great variety of restaurants, galleries, nightclubs are just steps away. The space The ample space and tasteful decoration of the interior gives a sense of openness, comfort and relaxation, a place to call home. Each space is decorated keeping in mind practicability with a touch of elegance such as the warmth, portrayed by its integrated woodwork throughout. The master bedroom features a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, spacious wardrobe, an integrated desk space, a safe and a beautiful wooden sliding door. Across the hallway from this bedroom is a beautiful spacious full bathroom. Additional inflatable single bed is also available. The living room is equipped with a 55" smart tv, comfortable seating and a designated work space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge, wine cooler, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, pots and pans and utensils. Enjoy your meals either in the inviting kitchen bar, dining table or private balcony bars. Air conditioning, ceiling fans and fast wifi are located throughout the condo for your comfort. Two elevators provide access to every floor including the gorgeous rooftop which features an infinity pool, a spacious jacuzzi, gym, BBQ area, fire pit sitting area and a sky lounge beautifully equipped with an elegant bar, large sofa, bar tables and chairs, billiard table, two smart tvs and an ice dispenser. Guest access Three days before your arrival, Guillermo and/or Jose Luis will be contacting you with check-in instructions as well as door codes needed to access the building and unit. As a guest, you will have access to all the common areas in the building. As you check in, you will be presented with a check-in form. Once you sign the form, you will be issued bracelets which will be necessary to access the common areas. Loft 268 is located in a totally walkable neighborhood for all your needs (no hills to climb). Should you wish to leave the ZONE, busses, taxis and Ubers are at your doorstep. IMPORTANT REMINDER: The pool and jacuzzi will be closed for deep cleaning every Wednesday and remain closed until 1:00 pm. Also, the pool and jacuzzi will be closed the following dates: June 11 and 12, 2024 November 5 and 6, 2024 The rest of the amenities on the rooftop will remain open. Other things to note Upon check-in you will be asked to agree and sign a building consent form. A violation of building or house rules will incur a minimum fine of $100 USD. The rental rate includes a reasonable amount of KW for the use of everything electric in the condo for your comfort. Your limit could only be exceeded by leaving AC on when you leave the condo. No minors will be accepted as renters. Housekeeping, free of charge will be provided once every 10 days for stays over two weeks or longer.
