Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located pool house with breath taking views of the Forth Valley. 10 min walk to Polmont train station with train ride to Edinburgh or Glasgow in under 30 mins Accommodation is bright , airy and immaculate offering a real home from home feel. Everything you need is here with openplan lounge sitting area, work space, small food prep area, a cosy bed and ensuite with double shower. There is also a large seating area and a heated pool (seasonal) The space Lounge, bedroom, food prep and workspace is all together in open plan style room creating a very cosy feel. Property is a new build so everything you see and have is brand new, modern and up to date. The accommodation is most suitable and catered for adults and wouldn’t recommend this for families or young children. Guest access Property is located to the rear of the our family home in detached building. A Wellis Danube Swim Spa pool is located next to the property this is available for guests to use during summer months (May-Aug). Other things to note We can accommodate parking on our driveway however we do urge absolute caution if using this as we do have young children who can at anytime be on the driveway. Please note kitchen facilities are limited there is no hob or oven and no washing machine. We tend to cater for short term stays where, the limited kitchen facilities are more suited (small fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave) The accommodation is perfect for 2 adults max but wouldn’t recommend for families especially young children given the space and amenities on offer Registration Details FK00117F
