The property borders National Forest and there are access trails along the road from the condo to Taos Ski Valley, a quick 15 minute drive from the parking lot. Arroyo Seco markets, shops and restaurants just a 5 minute drive. Ski valley Free shuttle park and ride at the end of Hwy 230 at Hwy 150 at the mouth of the Ski Valley canyon. Guests will have access to the whole place and to several public outdoor spaces and laundry room within the condo complex. We value our guests` privacy but we are here if you need us. This is a perfect spot to retreat for quiet, and beautiful valley views, just a few hundred yards from the Rio Hondo, and you can easily get to all the area attractions in some of the most scenic drives the area has to offer. Roads are narrow, but a walk in this neighborhood is heavenly when traffic is calm. The condo is part of a building with neighbors, but is an end unit closest to the forest so very quiet overall. You will want a car to get to all the awesome attractions in the area. 4WD/AWD required in winter to access the property. Call ahead for conditions if you do not have the right vehicle. This is a great place for remote workers, with a printer, many helpful tech gadgets and good wifi, the dining table with closable blinds, or open to a beautiful mountain view becomes a perfect getterdone workspace.
