Spacious suite in heart of the Upper Ottawa Valley

Welcome to the Jewel of the Bonnechere, Eganville, Ontario in the heart of the Upper Ottawa Valley. The basement suite with off street parking and laundry is the perfect stop for passing through highway 60 or a well situated base for exploring the backroads and waterways of Eastern Ontario or Algonquin Park or perhaps just visiting family and friends? Sleep well in our comfortable suite within easy walking distance of bakery and eateries. Be sure to relax on the private patio during sunsets. The space The suite is an open but cozy basement space with a private patio entrance. The studio includes a queen sized bed, wardrobe, couch, club chair, TV, work desk, and kitchenette with table. The kitchenette does have an one burner induction cooktop, microwave, and toaster oven in addition to the full size fridge-freezer, sink and countertop. Stocked items are coffee and tea, creamer, sugar, salt and pepper and cooking oil. The full bathroom is a couple steps up from the main space. And there is laundry in a walk in closet, sound isolated a bit by a door. Guest access Guest access is through separate basement entrance at lower back of house. Keypad entry code provided. Other things to note The neighborhood has great historical buildings to stroll past while walking the couple blocks to downtown, grist mill park, the geo trail, or the Bonnechere river. You can launch a self propelled watercraft from a public dock or get on the OFSA snowmobile trails within a couple blocks. Additional off street parking is available on request for fishing boats and RVs. Eganville is central to all the Eastern Ontario whitewater destinations.
