Beautiful old house in a quaint neighborhood

103 year old European Built neighborhood. A real community, tucked in the outskirts of the city of Wilmington, DE. This house offers a calm appeal with exposed brick, updated kitchen and bathrooms with walkin shower, split unit a/c in each room, pleasant radiated heat, and a large back deck with fire pit and garden. Mattresses are newer and comfy! There are restaurants and bars within walking distance along Union St. The Bancroft Parkway makes for a nice place to take a stroll, picnic or play. The space I like a clutter free and clean house. I have 1 short haired dog and ensure all blankets and furniture are free from dander/hair before I depart, so even if you are not a dog person, I think you'll find yourself comfortable here. I am always making an improvement, so you may find an unfinished wall, but all major work is complete. Guest access The only spaces I ask you avoid are my 3rd bedroom and attic, which I will lock, and my work space in the basement. You may access the basement to do laundry. Other things to note This is not an ADA friendly neighborhood or house. Sidewalks are original, so bumpy with exposed roundstone, and steps are required to enter and access the bedrooms.
