Family Home In Cambridgeshire Near Town Centre

The family home, that you will have to yourself, is set near the centre of the beautiful town of St Neots. It's close to everything! Just a short walk and you will be at the town's largest park, the beautiful riverside, supermarkets, cinema, restaurants, pubs, churches, bus stop, and train station. Near Little Paxton nature reserve, not far from Graham Water. The house is very children friendly, is also well equipped for long stay, suitable for families and business travelers. The space This is not a spotless house. This is our home, so it’s “lived in”. You’ll see the usual marks on the walls and carpets from family use, but everything is clean, tidy, and up together. Enjoy all the comforts of being at home. The kitchen should have everything you need to cook, tall fridge, oven, microwave, stove, and even an airfryer. You’ll have access to all the usual crockery, cutlery and utensils. There’s even a dishwasher so you don’t have to wash up on holiday. Washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board are also available. We have a conservatory, a small garden with a sandpit and a mud kitchen. There's a high chair in the dinning room and we also have lovely open ended toys and puzzles which we just ask you to respect as you would your own. Guest access There is space on the drive for 1 car with additional parking available on the street. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden, although it's not included in the rental package. Please excuse any untidiness in the garden, as we may not always be able to maintain it perfectly. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. 😊 There is a stairs upon entering the house and next to it you will find the living room. At the back of the house there is a kitchen diner with a wooden dining table (seats 5) as well as a lovely conservatory overlooking the garden. Upstairs there are 1 double bedroom, 1 king size bedroom, and a bathroom (with both a bath and shower) and toilet. This is our house that we let out when we are away so there are some personal belongings around. We have however made sure to clear out space whilst away so that you can use wardrobes and drawers. Other things to note * No event/party/drugs allowed * No smoking indoor * The house is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, guests please limit noise from 9pm to 7am. * Only registered guests are allowed * There's a surcharge if you would like to charge your electric car. * There's a surcharge if gas/electricity usage exceed the allowable limits: - Gas: 2,012 kWh per month - Water: 338 kWh per month - Water: £50 per month
