The Pecos River Cliff House, It is Magical!

Starting in the summer of 2016, The Famous Pecos River Cliff House will be available to travelers. The home has been a private residence for the last 12 years. We are now opening it up to the public and would love to share this hidden treasure with you The Cliff House is like nothing you have ever seen before. This custom adobe towers 50 feet over the Pecos River with breathtaking views of the river, dam, and canyon. The space COMING JUNE 2018, AIR CONDITIONING at the CLIFF HOUSE! Our average summer temperature is 78-85 during the day and 50-60 degrees at night. Due to the high elevation our home stays pretty cool in the summer. But we had some request for AC last summer, so we already hired the contractor. It is being installed this May.
