Come up for hiking, Catskill events, or just to relax at the house for weekend. Start a fire at night at the fire pit, BBQ during the day, cook at the fully equipped kitchen. This cabin is low maintenance and low priced for the area, completely surrounded by public park land and tons of quiet solitude. The space This is my log cabin just past Windham and Hunter. It has a big bathroom, full kitchen, master bedroom, sleeping loft for 4, and a murphy bed in the living room- so it comfortably sleeps 7-8 people. It's nice and simple, but very easy to manage and as you can see, reasonably priced. Guest access I have a record player, foosball table, beer pong table, set of drums, cooking wares, fire pit, picnic table, and many many rocking chairs. You rent the space, the space is yours- in my opinion thats part of renting a house on air bob. All I ask is you treat my personal stuff with respect. Other things to note If you haven't stayed in upstate New York, you may not know the water comes from a well. Some wells have stinky sulfur water (mine doesn't) and some have cloudy water (the cold water in mine does)). Personally, I drink the stuff, but if I were you, I probably wouldn't either. So I have jugs of water for guests. But please don't flip out when you see it- it's natural, and will not kill you if you wash your hands through it. Also, depending on your phone service, you may be on AT&T's service up there. That means your data might drain quickly.
