Good To Know: We have multiple studio options in our community. While they all share our signature Phoenix style, your actual apartment may have its own unique layout compared to the photos. Think of it as your personal slice of desert luxury! Guest access Soak up the sun (and the views) from our rooftop amenity deck featuring a sparkling resort-style pool, relaxing hot tub, cozy fire pit lounge, and panoramic views of the city and valley. Grill out at the outdoor kitchens or relax in the resident social lounge with a chef-inspired kitchen, dining area, and mixology bar. There’s even a hidden speakeasy! Need to work remotely during your stay? You’ll have access to flexible business spaces including a quiet business center, private work suites, an executive conference room, and fast Wi-Fi throughout all shared spaces. We also offer complimentary bike share for exploring the area. Other things to note Housekeeping is provided complimentary once per month for stays of 30 days or longer. Additional housekeeping services may be requested for an additional fee. A signed lease agreement is required for stays of 30 nights or longer. A non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet will be due upon arrival.
