The space The living room and dining area are lined with glass tempered panoramic windows, providing plenty of natural light. Nearby you’ll find a real wood-burning fireplace with complimentary boardgames and books. Your home will be cozy, staying cool on those hot Sedona summer days and warm in the cold winter — controlled with a central air conditioning and heating system. After a long hike or a day of site seeing, rejuvenate relax under the spectacular Sedona night sky. Check-in time is 2 p.m. and check-out time is by 10 a.m. Exceptions may be considered but unfortunately we cannot offer any guarantees. Often times arrangements are made to clean the home earlier so we will let you know if early check-in is available in case you’d like to drop off your belongings and start your vacation! Guest access This is a 2 story home with the owner living on the lower level. Guests have access to the entire upper level through a separate private entrance. Indoor and outdoor spaces are separate and private. Easy parking by the front door is available and space for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway is provided. Your home’s kitchen has everything you’ll need during your stay. Plates, cutlery and glassware are available as well as basic condiments such as salt and pepper, a variety of spices to cook and serve your meals! If you’re a coffee drinker or a tea lover, we have both! You will find a variety. This spacious 1-bedroom home can host up to 6 guests. These are words I can use to describe myself as your Superhost and as a Sedona based artist. I opened the doors to Kozyuk Gallery in spring of 2021. Next to my beautiful 8 year old daughter, opening the gallery/studio in West Sedona is really one of my greatest accomplishments to date. Today you can visit the gallery nearby and enjoy the many abstract, floral and seascape oil paintings I’ve worked on over the years. I'm a professional full time artist who loves life, art, traveling, hiking and all kinds of outdoor activities. Great time, passion and detail went into making sure your stay at my rental was just right! I enjoy spending time with my little daughter who inspires me everyday. I’ve had the pleasure of traveling a lot so I know what a host should do to create a comfortable experience for their guests.
