Room 1 has a king bed, bedsides tables, dresser, smart TV, a chair and walk-in closet. Room 2 has a king bed, bedside tables and closet. Room 3 has a king bed, bedside table and closet. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and baking necessities. There is a Keurig single K-cup coffee maker as well as a drip coffee maker and electric tea pot. The range is gas and there is a microwave. There is also a small bistro table with 2 stools in the kitchen. The dining room has a table that seats 6. There is also a desk and chair in the room. (If you are looking to seat 8 there are 8 chairs if you count the desk chair and extra in Bedroom 1. It could be doable but tight). The living room has 2 single futon sleeper chairs. They are suited for children, not full size adults. =) They can be configured to sit up-right with your legs out to watch TV or relax, OR set up flat as an extra bed for kids. Twin bedding is located on the top of the hallway linen closet. There are two blue velvet chairs that are super comfy and a small green couch. The TV is a 55" smart TV. There is a hallway linen closet with extra linens available for your use. This is a duplex in a residential neighborhood. This unit is located on the first floor. The yard is also available to use if your kids would like to play outside. You may park one vehicle in the driveway on the LEFT side only please. Guest access Guests have access to the entire lower unit, use of a private porch on front of home, 1 parking spot in driveway and small front yard.
