Lovely 3-Bdrm cottage in a quiet bay on the Ottawa

This lovely three bedroom two bathroom cottage with views of the Ottawa River and the Laurentian Hills is a great place to get away for family or friends. Located 1h40 mins from Ottawa. 50+kms of possible boating on the Ottawa River; Near 4-wheeling trails, snowmobile trails, Hiking Trails (Rocher-a-l'Oiseau), Fort William Beach Bar & Resto, Esprit Rafting and Wilderness Tours. Only 15 minutes outside the city of Pembroke and 5 minutes outside of the charming little town of Chapeau. The space The bright open concept kitchen and living space provides ample room for a large family. 7 bar stools surround the raised kitchen bar. Provided in the kitchen are brand new appliances (fully gas kitchen stove, fridge & dishwasher). The dining table seats 6 people and there is a lounging area with couches and a tv. The Cottage has three bedrooms. One bedroom contains two bunk beds, one bedroom is a guest bedroom with a queen size and the master bedroom contains a queen size bed. There are two full bathrooms in the cottage; the master bathroom contains a walk-in closet, his & hers vanity sinks, large bathtub, large walk-in closet and a separate room for the toilet. Outside the cottage has a very large deck completed just this year. There is a large camp fire pit, a nice sandy beach, a dock, two water mats (dock and water mats will remain in the water until Sept. 15th), a kayak, a paddle boat and a paddle board for guests to enjoy. Guest access Check in 4pm Check out 11am Guests have access to the entire cottage property, guests can enjoy the use and access to: - kitchen appliances (gas oven, fridge, dishwasher), coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, plates, cups, utensils, pots/pans, etc. - washer/dryer. - BBQ outside - Fire pit - Dock - Water mats - Kids Kayak - Paddle boat - Fire Wood Other things to note *Caution* safety: - There is no cell phone service here, wifi calling can be used by turning wifi calling on your phone, cell phone service can be achieved by driving up the road towards chapeau. - Please supervise fires and follow local information on fire bans. - Guests are responsible to supervise their children on the property and in the water at all times. - The water gradually gets deeper as you get in, at the end of the dock the water is usually no deeper than 4 feet, it is advised not to jump or dive in the water from the dock. - Guests are to swim and use water toys, motorized vehicles, etc. responsibly and to follow the law during their stay. - There is no lifeguard, you are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your guests during your stay. - Water levels vary depending on the time of the year & hydro dam. - Culligan water jugs are provided and to be used for potable water.
