Lovely seafront studio in Brighton & Hove

Hi, Welcome my studio in Hove, literally right across the road from the Beach. I live here most of the time so hopefully it has a soul of it's own and some charm. Modern Kitchen and Bathroom (with bath) and a studio room with a rooftop view, a double bed, a comfy sofa area (with a large monitor and speakers for laptop connection if you want to watch a film or do any work at the desk). Enjoy! NB. I won’t approve any requests from profiles with no recommendations or reviews. The space I like to hope that the photos pretty much tell the story of what the studio is about, I tried to cover everything. There's no surprises. This isn't an IKEA factory airbnb bland to within an inch of it's life, it is my home so it has things in it and a little charming life of it's own (but not cluttered, I'm fairly minimal). If you want sterile boringness with perfect matching plates and no roughness around the edges, this may not be for you and you should probably get a hotel :) But if you want a lovely, quiet relaxing spot with the beach a stones throw away and loads of cafes and restaurants on your doorstep and still under half an hour walk into Brighton, please come and stay. Guest access I try my hardest to make sure i can meet you and show you around and answer any questions you have but if I am unable to there is a keylock box just by the rear door of the building which i will give you the code for. Closest station is Hove, but taxis from Brighton aren't very much and buses run all over Brighton & Hove. There's Beryl bikes (the hireable town electric bikes) just across the road so you can cycle easily around. cycle to Brighton city centre is 10 mins. Other things to note There is no free parking nearby but there are lots of paybays just on the seafront road as well as on Hove Street (which charge between the hour of 9am-8pm) and also the King Alfred car park right opposite which offers overnight paid stay. There is free parking 30-40 min walk or <10min cycle away on the outskirts of town (Nevill Road). There are 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk.
