The space -- Non-smoking house, parties prohibited, no pets -- On the ground floor you will find a living room area and a dining room. The kitchen has been refurbished; it is fully equipped and overlooks both the dining room and the terrace with dining area. A large master suite, with separate bathroom and toilet as well as a double bedroom (can be configured as 2 single beds) overlooking the pool and a shower room with toilet complete the ground floor. Upstairs, 2 double bedrooms, one of which can be configured as 2 single beds and one with a terrace overlooking the fields and vineyards, a shower room with toilet, a large bedroom with 3 single beds + an extra bed, and a bathroom with toilet. There is also an attic with TV and games (including a foosball table). The bedding is new, as well as the linen (provided) with access to the laundry room (washing machine and dryer). We can provide baby equipment if needed. Want to relax? A heated 9x3 swimming pool, with roller shutter and wooden fence, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers will be available to you. On the other side of the house, a large terrace with outdoor fireplace and plancha, garden furniture and dining area, all on a 4000 m2 plot with a large shaded undergrowth to enjoy nature, as well as outdoor activities (ping-pong, trampoline, swing, hammock, etc.).
