You’ll also find Hall Garth Park and the Trans Pennine Trail just a few minutes’ walk away, while Hornsea Golf Course is only a short drive. The property accommodates up to five guests, including infants, making it ideal for families or small groups. The space Downstairs, you will find a comfortable lounge-diner with a Smart TV, Alexa, and a wood burner, perfect for cozy evenings. A separate, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a self-catering stay. Upstairs, all three bedrooms are located on the first floor: • Master bedroom – King-size bed • Second bedroom – Double bed with a Freeview TV and DVD player • Third bedroom – Single bed The bathroom is also upstairs and features a bath with an overhead shower. At the rear of the property, there’s a secure and pleasant courtyard garden with outdoor seating and a table for al fresco dining. An outdoor shed is also available. The property fronts onto Southgate in the heart of Hornsea town centre. There is one allocated parking space in a private car park towards the rear of the property which is accessed via King Street. Additional free on-street parking is available on King Street (just a few steps away) and further along Southgate, a 2-3 minute walk from the property. On-street parking is on a first come, first served basis. Guest access You will have access to the whole property. There is a step up at both the front and back door. Neither the front or back door could accommodate a ramp unfortunately. Other things to note There is an allocated parking space towards the rear of the property. Please note there are double yellow lines on the road outside the property. You are not able to park directly in front of the property even if you have a blue badge.
