Sandsend Cottage - Lakefront Serenity

Relax with family and friends at this incredibly peaceful home on Tinmouth Pond with AMAZING views. Located in the quaint town of Tinmouth, this cottage is 4-season, so it offers all sorts of summer activities as well as the winter with FIVE ski areas less than an hour away. In the summer, we offer the use of two standup paddle-boards, two inflatable canoes, and a standard canoe for fun on the water. There is also a large fire pit to gather around. The space Incredible views from every spot on the property looking south across Tinmouth Pond with the Green Mountains in the background. The house sleeps eight very comfortably with lots of space to congregate as well as large enough for privacy. A new Master Bedroom suite with bathroom on the first floor was added in the summer of 2017. We offer the use of two kayaks and two standup paddleboards and a large firepit off the deck as well as a firepit and picnic table near the dock. There is also a dedicated work area and the Wifi is 500+MBPS!! Other things to note There is a new gas grill (July 2022) as well as a whole-home generator for the rare occasion of power loss.
