Cozy central apartment in Nørrebro, close to metro

You will be close to everything you need in this apartment. My lovely home is located right across from the Assistens cemetery, which is perfect for beautiful walks, a visit of e.g. H.C. Andersen - and also used by the locals for picnics and sunbathing. Right down the street you’ll find one of the most hip areas, Stefansgade, with a lot of cute cafés, breweries, bakeries, restaurants and bars. 200 meters from the door you’ll have access to the metro, taking you anywhere in the city. The space The apartment is located in a grey building with green balconies. When you enter the building, you will see the backyard on your right hand side, which can be used for enjoying an easy picnic, snuggling up in the hammock or tanning. When you enter the apartment, you’ll find the hallway, giving access to all rooms. On your left hand is one of the two bedrooms. In here you’ll find a lovely 140 x 200 bed with memory foam. Next on your left hand side you’ll find the bathroom, with separate shower and toilet. On the right hand side in the hall you’ll find the large bedroom with a 160 x 200 elevation bed with memory foam. The last door in the hall leads you to the living room, dining area and kitchen. Here you can enjoy your favorite streaming through chrome cast on the TV, cook a nice meal in the kitchen and enjoy your dinner at the large dining table. The balcony is the final destination. It is spacious enough for four people. The sun is really good in the balcony until around 1/2 o clock and you’ll have a view of the trees from the Assistens cemetery. Note that the balcony is faced towards the street, so you’ll feel the buzzing from the street when out. All doors and windows are soundproof, so this will not disturb you when inside. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment.
