You'll be treated to a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, new bathrooms, stone floors, new beds, smart TVs, and high-speed WiFi - all mere steps from the shores of Lake Michigan. There's only one house between Surf's Up and the lake, so this is the closest you can get to the lakefront without paying a luxury price tag. Step inside to find a space that has been beautifully rehabbed and meticulously decorated to catch the eye, all while remaining cozy and comfortable. Please note that there are no surveillance cameras at this home, however neighboring homes do have cameras that look down the driveway and at the garage. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
