Charming Cottage in the heart of Warwickshire

A beautiful self contained cottage with fantastic rural views in Coughton. Within walking distance to The National Trust Coughton Court and The Throckmorton Arms where you can enjoy a delicious meal after a day out exploring the beautiful surroundings. The vibrant towns of Stratford Upon Avon and Alcester are close by. The cottage is semi detached. For those with allergies, we have a dog who has been in the cottage. The space The kitchen/dining area is almost in the shape of a Z. It is a light and spacious area. The dining area looks out onto the garden and fields at the back with beautiful views and sunsets. The living room is comfortable and converts into another bedroom when using the double sofa bed. This room can also be used as a work space, there is a desk and a comfy chair can be provided upon request. The bedroom is a beautiful room to relax in after a day of adventure. The shower room is small but does what it says. The cottage has some low ceilings and beams. A fan can be provided on request. Radiators in living room and bedroom. Underfloor heating on wooden and tiled floor downstairs. Guest access You will have full and sole use of your semi detached cottage. We share the driveway entrance. You will have use of the garden table/patio area where the table is placed. Other things to note I have thought about the things I would not like to pack if I was going away for a weekend. I therefore provide my guests with these things: toilet roll, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, tea towels, dish cloth and scourer. Tea, coffee, sugar (all individually wrapped for infection control) and milk. For those who enjoy shopping. A visit to the local interiors shop is a must.
