Guest access Guest have access to two of the three back balconies overlooking the Yazoo Diversion Canal and views of the Mississippi River. Guest also have access to the upper level front balcony that overlooks Washington St. Enjoy the stunning sunsets from the back balconies or just relax and watch the boats come and go.
