The 1925 Cottage on Gregory Street

This unique home built in 1925 is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It’s in the historic Glenwood neighborhood in the heart of Greensboro. Close to downtown, UNCG, A&T, the coliseum and the Tanger Center. Enjoy the many restaurants, craft breweries and coffee shops in the UNCG area and downtown. The space One-level cottage built in 1925. The master bedroom is at the front of the house and accessible through the living room. The other three bedrooms and only bathroom are off a hallway from the dining room. The living room, dining room and kitchen are open and flow from the front of the house to the back. There is a side door to the outside via the kitchen. The front porch has room to sit and wraps partially around the front of the house. The side door has a path that leads to the front of the house and also to the fenced-in backyard. The patio is set up in the fenced yard and includes a gas firepit, charcoal grill, serving/prep table and dining table with umbrella for six. Guest access Guest will have access to all of the house. The basement will not be available (access is outside the house to the basement). Other things to note Bedrooms include a TV, and the house has WiFi for streaming.
