Relax in this cozy apartment room, which is located only 10 minutes away from city centre of Copenhagen. This apartment on third floor has everything you need in terms of a quiet area, good shower conditions and a well equipped kitchen. Perfect for couples and/or business trip. Metro station and grocery stores are only two minutes away. The apartment is also located very close to nature. I will be living in the apartment as well and we will share the kitchen and bathroom. The space There is no elevator in the building. This is a protected apartment building, so the outside is the same as in the 1940’s where it was build. Inside it is fully renovated with new windows that can keep the cold outside and keep the windows smart open in the summer. The kitchen and bedroom is facing our little oasis - the common garden, where you can hang out in the grass and use the barbecues that are set up. Guest access You will have access to the bedroom, and we will share the kitchen, bathroom and hallway Other things to note There is a washing machine in the apartment, but not a dryer. In order to dry your clothes, you will have to go to the basement, where there are designated rooms for it. There is space for you to unpack in the closet etc.
