Everything you need is steps away: convenience store, laundry, cafés, banks, exchange offices, and tour agencies — perfect for a smooth, walkable stay. The space The penthouse features a bright, spacious living room that opens into a modern, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking a meal or simply enjoying the comfort of feeling at home. Guests also have access to a private terrace, a lovely place to relax and unwind after a day exploring the city. As well a gym with the basic equipment to start the day full of energy. Guest access The common areas are; the kitchen, living room, terrace and you can take and read any book from the library. During your stay I will be there to help you for any question or issue thru email or message. Other things to note There are other guesses living in the apartment. Please DO NO THROW TOILET PAPER INSIDE THE TOILET. The bathroom does not have a key, so if you lock the door please remember to remove the safety lock before closing it from the outside. If you have to call a locksmith the payment of this service is under the responsibility of the guest. Not smoking 🚬 allow it. Thank you
