Our house is located in a very quiet location surrounded by greenery but a short walk from the beautiful Varallo, a small city of art with the main services. You will have a spacious private room of about 25 square meters and a large and bright bathroom, on the 1st floor. You can have breakfast or an aperitif sitting in the loggia for the exclusive use of the room or, if you prefer company, in the courtyard or in the house. We have a dog and 3 cats who will not have access to the room. Guest access Bedroom, private bathroom, large private balcony on the 1st floor; shared courtyard. Other things to note The location where our home is located is very quiet but convenient to services. Within walking distance there is a bike path that connects our home to the nearby towns, a via ferrata that can also be used at night as it is illuminated, the river with its magnificent blades in which to swim and many trails for trekking. A few minutes by car you can visit many tourist resorts and a magnificent city of art, you can also practice river sports. The ski lift to the Alpe Mera ski resort is 15 km away, and the village of Alagna Valsesia with its Alagna Valsesia/Gressoney-La-Trinité/Champoluc/Frachey ski area (Monterosa Ski) is 35 km away. Guests are required to pay the accommodation tax of €1 per person per day (children under 10 years of age are excluded).
