Great location near vibrant downtown Royal Oak, a short walking distance. You get the entire house which includes 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Also conveniently located near several major highways, the Farmer's Market, library, Detroit Zoo, Beaumont Hospital, as well as other cities like Berkley, Clawson, Ferndale, and Birmingham. Detroit is a short 15-minute drive as well. The space The first floor is accessed by the front porch which has about 5-6 steps, or the side entry which has a few steps as well. The living room, dining room/lounge, and the kitchen are found on this floor, along with a powder room/half bath. There are stairs from the living room to the second floor where the three bedrooms and a full bath are found. The basement is accessed from kitchen and side entry area, if you need to get to the laundry area. Guest access Our guests have full run of the house, with only exception being part of the basement which we are using for storage, a storage/linen closet in Bedroom 1 (there is still ample closet space for the guest in that room), and the garage itself. There are steps for both entrances (porch and side entry) as well as stairs to the bedrooms upstairs and the laundry in the basement. The front entry has a 36" doorway. Other things to note Our place is very close to Downtown Royal Oak, so walking would only take about 5 minutes. However, there are several train crossings nearby as well since the rails run right through downtown. You will likely hear the trains going through some of these crossings.
