Al's Place at Peoria

Enjoy the tranquility of this house that is my personal project linked to the arts, especially cinema, in the very heart of the city of Peoria, AZ. Designed for guests' comfort, close to modernity and with the essentials for a pleasant stay in your room and shared areas. Close to many attractions such as shopping malls, casino, the Arizona Cardinals stadium and with quick access to the city's main freeways. The space Thank you for your interest in my place. I always share this short guide with future guests to help ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. For safety and security reasons, the Airbnb account holder must be one of the guests checking in. Third-party reservations are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy may result in the reservation being canceled and check-in being denied. Just to confirm, this is a private room inside a shared home where the hosts (my wife and I) live full-time, and sound carries very easily throughout the house due to its layout and wooden construction. Important note about the environment This is a quiet, residential home environment rather than a hotel-style private unit. Because bedrooms are close to each other and separated by wooden walls and a narrow hallway, normal conversations, TV sound, or late-night activity can be easily heard in other rooms. For this reason, we kindly ask guests to be especially mindful after 10:00 p.m., as other guests and the hosts are typically resting. House overview & rules I rent two private rooms inside the home, with a maximum of one guest per room. No visitors, pets, or children are allowed. The home is shared with me and my wife, and possibly another guest. Common areas include the kitchen, dining area, living room, and backyard. We fully respect guests’ privacy, and interaction is always optional. Kitchen use is limited to refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, and coffee maker. Consumable items such as food, coffee, cooking ingredients, dish soap, sponges, or other disposable supplies are not provided The stove and oven are not available. Please help us maintain a clean and quiet environment in shared spaces. Smoking, vaping, and substances policy: Smoking, vaping, and the use of any illegal or recreational substances are strictly not allowed anywhere on the property. When leaving the house, please ensure that both the front door and your room door are locked at all times. This is for the safety and security of all guests and the household. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. These times are fixed. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. We kindly ask that noise, including TV and conversations, be kept at a level where it does not disturb others, as other guests and the hosts may be resting and sound travels easily between rooms in this home. We appreciate guests who are mindful of shared living spaces and respectful of a quiet residential environment. Thank you for choosing our home. During your stay I socialize with guest mainly in the welcoming. Then I give them their space but I'm available through all the ways in case they need anything.
