The space The "Terrace" gîte is an apartment located in the main building. Its area is 60 m2 + a 10 m2 roof terrace equipped with a dining area with a plancha. Occupancy is 4 people. It includes: 1 closed master bedroom with a double bed, 1 sofa convertible into a double bed and a mezzanine with a double bed in the living room. Please note that sheets and towels are not included. You will also have a private entrance and access via a stone staircase to the pool, gardens and petanque court, which are common areas to share with all guests. Guest access The common areas are composed of a swimming pool, deck chairs and umbrellas, garden furniture covered by an arbor located on a stone terrace overlooking the swimming pool, a petanque court, a garden with a fountain, a fish pond. A vaulted cellar also includes a laundry room and toilets. Other things to note Our farmhouse is part of Juvinas, charming and authentic small Ardèche village located in the Parc Naturel Régional des Monts d 'Ardèche. The cottages are 674m above sea level and only 8min walk from the mythical Col de Juvinas published in the TV show "Echappées belle" on the Ardèche (2022). It is also located at the foot of the famous cycling race "L'Ardèchoise" with a route of more than 600 km.
