The cottage is not suitable for underage children (-18) for reasons of calm, tranquility and safety. It is ideal for recharging and invites you to relax. Located 12 km from Vals-les-Bains, a thermal spa, you will find many amenities: grocery stores, bakeries, butchers, restaurants, ice cream parlor, markets... Within the Parc Naturel Régional des Monts d 'Ardèche, you will enjoy: rivers, hikes, canyoning, mountain biking and cultural visits as well as many leisure activities. The space The "Terrace" gîte is an apartment located in the main building. Its area is 60 m2 + a 10 m2 roof terrace equipped with a dining area with a plancha. Occupancy is 4 people. It includes: 1 closed master bedroom with a double bed, 1 sofa convertible into a double bed and a mezzanine with a double bed in the living room. Please note that sheets and towels are not included. You will also have a private entrance and access via a stone staircase to the pool, gardens and petanque court, which are common areas to share with all guests. Guest access The common areas are composed of a swimming pool, deck chairs and umbrellas, garden furniture covered by an arbor located on a stone terrace overlooking the swimming pool, a petanque court, a garden with a fountain, a fish pond. A vaulted cellar also includes a laundry room and toilets. Other things to note Our farmhouse is part of Juvinas, a charming and authentic small Ardèche village located in the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park. The cottages are 674 m above sea level and only an 8-minute walk from the mythical Col de Juvinas, which appeared in the television show "Echappées Belles" on the Ardèche (2022). It is also located at the foot of the famous "L'Ardèchoise" cycling race of a course of more than 600 km and the Monte-Carlo Historique Rally.
