This cottage was custom built by the owner's father more than eighty years ago and has been lovingly maintained and modernized by the family. Fully equipped newly renovated kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave, dishes and cookware. One and a half baths with shower. Master bedroom with queen sized bed. Two cozy bedrooms with twin bunk beds. All linens provided. Living room and sun porch. Local telephone service. Cable TV. WiFi high speed internet service. Tennis: Enjoy tennis with ocean views and breezes on Popham's only tennis court. This is a private court. Its use is exclusive. It is not available to the renters at other cottages. Rustic and warm: The summer cottage has electric heaters in the bathroom, master bedroom, living room, sunporch and kitchen, making it cozy in June and September. Electric blanket provided for master bedroom. History: The property is the romantic site where the historic Rockledge Hotel was located. The cottage is at the end of a summer only dirt road. Parking is limited to 2 cars.
