Other things to note. This townhome with seven bedrooms and six full bathrooms plus a half bath is stylishly decorated with carpeted bedrooms for safety and comfort. Wifi and cable, parking, bed linens, and towels are provided free for all guests during your stay. The home also has PlayStation with one wireless controller, one x-box at the theatre room with one wireless controller, a spike ball game, mini golf putter ball game, books, painting books and board games available for guest use. There’s also a pack & play and high chair available for guests traveling with infants and small children. The pool (+ the jacuzzi) can be heated at an extra charge ($40 per day). Requests made while onsite must be done at least 48 hours in advance. There is no daily housekeeping service but the unit will be thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee ($315). The home is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security. Pets are allowed on the property for a $95 fee per pet. Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore, there will be no supply of food items nor condiments, or cooking essentials like oils and spices prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket. We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest. The Encore Resort at Reunion is only 10 miles from Walt Disney World Complex and minutes from all of Orlando’s other popular theme parks and attractions. You can even use the transportation services to the parks ! The home is also conveniently located within minutes of major superstores like Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and cafes, shopping centers, and outlet malls. The home is in a gated community filled with activities and amenities and of course Florida’s lush nature. It will be a fantastic getaway for sure!
