Please notify us approximately 30–60 minutes before arrival. Access instructions and the lockbox code will be sent once the mandatory guest registration has been completed. This allows a smooth and flexible arrival. 📝 Guest Registration Before arrival, all guests must complete the mandatory guest registration through our secure app. 📲 You will receive a link to complete the online check-in, where all guest details must be submitted. ⚠️ This registration is required by law in Spain (Catalonia) and must be completed in order to receive the check-in instructions. 💶 Tourist Tax The tourist tax is currently included in the reservation price, so no additional payment is required. 🚨 Night Emergency Service (00:00 – 07:00) The property does not offer a 24-hour reception service. In case of emergency during nighttime hours (00:00 – 07:00), guests must contact the host by phone. 📌 Please note: If the reason for the call is: lost, forgotten, or stolen keys door opening assistance delivery of a new set of keys and staff is available, a €50 night service fee will apply. 🚕 This fee does not include transportation costs (taxi or similar), which must be paid separately if required. 🔑 The loss of keys has an additional cost of €60. Other things to note Amenities and equipment The apartment includes bed linen and towels. You will also find a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kitchenware and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
