Other things to note We are offering a lovely green room with a view over a gently landscaped natural greenspace, east facing with some lovely sunrises - weather permitting. Our house has three floors, the top floor is our bedroom and en-suite. With the exception of our small personal office - which is used a few days a week for home working - the middle floor is yours; the bedroom, a separate chill out room and private bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and a small reading nook. A fan can be provided on warmer days, please just ask. Whilst there is no mechanical lock on the door, we do provide a door wedge to use from the inside for your peace of mind. The chill out room has a small sofa, TV with Netflix & Prime, and an XBox with several games & DVD's, and includes 2 controllers. You will also find a mini fridge, a travel kettle, basic crockery & cutlery, and a hairdryer. The bathroom includes a shower and bath, with two fresh towels provided on arrival. A basic first aid kit and fire extinguisher will also be left out for you in case required. Our downstairs area is open plan and the kitchen area is free to use. The garden has a lovely sheltered patio area with seating as per the pictures, BBQ and firepit can also be used if you would like to sit out. We are at the end of a close with only two house beyond us, have off road parking and security cameras for complete peace of mind. Not far from town, local shops, a pub and a pharmacy. We have three indoor cats, Lola, Betty & Mabel - and we ask that shoes are taken off indoors and if you smoke please do so outside and dispose of waste courteously. Thank you.
