We live upstairs and are happy to help if any issues arise. There is a separate bedroom downstairs that we rent to traveling nurses and they (1 person) will have shared use of the bathroom. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Centrally located in downtown Gillette walking distance to parks, restaurants, boutiques and shopping! A 2 block walk to The Local (a trendy coffee shop that offers delicious sandwiches and refreshing coffee drinks) and a few blocks from The Rail Yard Bar and Grill or a half a dozen other restaurants. Plenty of street parking lined with shade trees. Easy access to a fully fenced yard for your furry travelers as well. We are animal lovers and welcome your dogs, sorry, no cats. (See our added pet fee) We do have a fenced yard but the fence is a little over 3’ tall so we require you to accompany your pets at all times while outside. We have provided outside water dishes, indoor feeding area and a pooper-scooper as well. Note: We also have dogs and they are fenced separately in the front yard.
