Summer rental of a nice apartment in Malgrate, Lake Lecco. Perfect for a couple: a double bedroom, living/relaxation room, kitchen and bathroom. Minimum stay: two nights. Located on the lakefront, beautiful view from all the rooms of the house, convenient to all services (cafes, restaurants, promenade and beach). Located in the old part of the lakefront, the apartment is accessible only through a small pedestrian street with steps (100 meters from the lakefront road). The space Apartment in the historic center, on two levels: it leads directly to the eat-in kitchen, with wall unit, table, chairs and breakfast / bar area. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where there are: the living room with sofa, armchair and TV, three windows with a beautiful lake view; the master bedroom with a wardrobe, coffee table, armchair and air conditioning; the bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and bathtub/shower. Guest access The apartment is located in the historic center of the Malgrate lakefront, and is accessible only through a small pedestrian street with steps (100 meters from the lakefront road). After walking along the pedestrian street, the entrance is then at the top of an external staircase of 25 steps. For these reasons, the apartment is not recommended for people with mobility difficulties. Also take this into account in the case of strollers, carriages and newborn carrycots. Other things to note The apartment has a single double bedroom and is therefore suitable for a couple. If necessary, it is possible to accommodate a third person with the addition of a single cot (to be requested specifically).
