The space Ideally for 3 persons ( queen size with pull out bed) but we can fit more people when we use the sofa and floor mattress, if guests would not mind this sleeping set up. 🚩Living room downstairs has a comfortable sofa, with carpet, coffee table, 50 inches LED TV and dining table. 🚩Kitchen is equipped with Condura refrigerator 9 cu ft, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, Gas range with oven, rangehood, cookware, plates and utensils ( all brand new) 🚩 Bedroom has a queen size bed with pull out bed, wardrobe cabinet and 1.5 Hp inverter window type air conditioning unit ( all brand new) Guest access Cluster 19 is the next building after cluster 16 which is the first building on the right when facing the clubhouse. The clubhouse compound houses the swimming pools, basketball court, gym, library. On the 2nd floor, you will find the admin and technical offices. Pool is open from 9am until 10pm ( Tuesday-Sunday) except monday. There is a strip of small convenience stores, cafes, laundry shop, massage services, water station, bakery, internet cafe, mini restaurant, meat shop, dental clinic near the clubhouse. Mini Talipapa, 7/11, mini-stop and other grocery stores can be found outside the gates. Other things to note Please note that we allow cooking for long staying guest maximum of 5 days. Light cooking may be done using the existing appliances. Extra guest/visitors will be subject to minimal per person fee. Kindly declare correct number of persons for guest authorization we will submit to security. Always turn off the appliances when leaving.
