This home has beautiful wood floors and is nicely decorated with coastal accents throughout making you feel like you are on a beach vacation. In the hall closet is a stacked front loading washer and dryer. To the right of the entrance is the open floor plan kitchen, dining and living room all with gorgeous views of the golf course. The fully equipped kitchen has white granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and three bar stools. The adjacent dining room has a wooden table that seats six. There is a 58” TV mounted above the table that is easy to see from the living room. The living room has a tan sofa with chaise lounge and two chairs. Open the sliding glass doors to a covered deck with two high top tables each with two chairs. A great place to enjoy a meal or drinks and hors d’oeuvres while watching golfers pass by. On the second floor, to the right, there is a loft area with a twin bed. To the left is the master bedroom with high ceilings, a king bed, bench seat, walk-in closet and 32” TV. This room has a private bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower with glass doors.
