This one bedroom apartment (with pull out couch) offers the perfect combination of rustic and modern. Situated right on the Upper Grand river and less than 10min from Beautiful downtown Elora this location is prime. Whether you are here to test your luck in a world class brown trout fishery, shop and dine in Elora, float down the gorge or have a convenient place to stay for a sports tournament, you have found your place. Whatever your day looks like you can enjoy a campfire before bed :) The space This is an in-law suite attached to our family home. Don't be fooled though, it is very private! Park in your private parking spot and take the path to your patio where you will find the private entrance to the apartment. Inside you will find a combination of modern design with rustic décor and all of the amenities you will need for your short or long term stay. We are a family of 6 however with a dog so there will be bangs and running on the stairs from time to time that you will hear, albeit muffled. Guest access Private parking spot, great size private patio with firepit, inside living room (with pull out couch), kitchen, laundry room, large bathroom with custom tile shower and master bedroom with a queen bed. The walk to the river is a short one as it is right on the property with two shared access points. Pets are welcome. however not on the furniture please other than with your own blanket coverings. Other things to note Although we travel often, it is likely we will be home during at least part of your stay. The apartment is sound proof insulated from the main residence but kids will still be kids and it is likely that you will hear a bang or a yell from time to time but we promise it wont be often or loud if it happens. The most likely family member you will meet is our dog Marley, an absolute love filled bernedoodle. We are happy to ensure that doesn't happen though. With your private parking and entrance there is no need to interface with us at all unless of course you want too, in that case we are always here to help.
