Our modern interpretation of a classic Catskills Boarding House. Two painstakingly restored buildings comprising eight units ranging from one to four bedrooms, each with their own kitchenette and living space. Designed to follow the elegant simplicity of the Shakers with a focus on natural materials, functional design, and the luxury that comes from well made things. The Boarding House is an homage to the Catskills of old where hospitality came first. The space Apartment 2 is one of two ground floor apartments in the Upper Boarding House. The apartment features a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, full bathroom, a kitchenette for cooking small meals, and a living room with pull-out couch. Perfect for small families or groups of friends. Located just a two minute walk from Callicoon Main Street and a 20 minute drive from Bethel Woods Center for the Arts! Guest access In addition to Apartment 2 you'll have access to our communal spaces such as the Library and Parlor Kitchen, which you are free to use at any time during your stay. Complimentary continental breakfast is served on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 7:30 to 9:30 in the Parlor Kitchen.
