Many cafes & restaurants located at Soi Phratamnak 5 (next street) & 10 minutes to Jomtien beach, with lots of Thai street food. The TV at the living hall has NO subscription to satellite channels. You can bring your own TV box (plus own cable) to be connected to the TV. The 3 beds can fit 6 persons and if booking is for more than 6 persons, additional floor mattresses/pillows/blankets shall be provided. Monthly rental:- In the event of monthly rental, the electricity and water bill shall be borne by the guests.
