This cozy furnished luxury loft of 110m2 is located on the ground floor of an old school in Amsterdam East, one of the emerging and trendiest areas of the city. The apartment has many nice design details, an open kitchen with bar, ceilings of 4.5 meters, an en-suite bathroom, a workspace, a bedroom, a guest room (with 1.40 sofa bed) and is attractively decorated with designer furniture, plants and art. There are also WiFi, Sonos speakers, Netflix, AppleTv, underfloor heating and cooling. The space Bedrooms and workspace On the loft is the bedroom with ensuite bathroom with built-in closets and designer faucets. The bathroom is characterized by an extra large walk-in shower with 2 shower heads including a rain shower. The double bed is top quality (Auping and Schram), and the bedroom looks extra spacious due to the glass wall. On the loft above the kitchen is a workspace where you can use the large screen and desk that is there. On the first floor is the 2nd bedroom/extra seating area. Here is a sofa bed 1.40 meters wide, suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. This room is also ideal for practicing yoga and meditation. The living and dining room The loft feels like an oasis where you can relax and enjoy yourself and become deeply inspired by the atmosphere and spaciousness. The playful open living room has a lovely sofa, several chairs, lots of greenery and art. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes an induction hob, dishwasher, boiling water tap and a bar with two stools. Next is the dining table, with 6 seats. The apartment has underfloor heating and can cool in summer. It also has a washing machine and dryer. The WiFi connection is fast, and there is a fixed internet line. There is a TV with all cable channels and among other things. Netflix, Apple TV and various apps. This place is great for loving couples, luxury and business travelers. The house first has a common entrance through the main entrance of the school, other residents also use this entrance. Upon entering the hall, you are immediately in front of the private entrance of our home. The apartment is regularly used for shoots. If you want to use the location for a photo shoot or film recording, prior approval is required!!
