Kiana Beach House is the perfect beachfront location to relax and unwind. Our stunning north facing location means you can enjoy your coffee in the morning sun on the deck, watching the boats go by. Port Lincoln has so many wonderful places to explore and exquisite seafood to sample. It will be a holiday to remember. The space This 5-bedroom beachfront home is perfect for the whole family. Bedroom 1 boasts amazing ocean views upstairs - you can literally lie in bed and look out at the ocean. Upstairs also provides bedrooms 2, 3 & 4, which all share a bathroom, bath and separate toilet. The master bedroom (5) is downstairs and has a large walk-in wardrobe and ensuite attached. This room is wheelchair friendly and has extra railing installed in the bathroom. The downstairs area has a functional laundry with a washing machine and dryer as well as a separate toilet. The kitchen has all of the necessary appliances - along with a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a microwave and dishwasher. The smart TV is attached to the wall and the free Wi-Fi will aid you in watching all of your favourite streaming services. The lawn area out the front is perfect for kids to play while you sit on the deck and supervise. There is also a fully gated, grassed area in the courtyard at the back. There are 2 parking spaces provided. Any extra vehicles need to park at the car park on the right hand side as you enter the street. Guest access The garage is kept locked at all times. There are 2 parking spaces provided. Any extra vehicles/boats must park in the public free carpark located on the corner as you enter the street. Other things to note The fireplace may be used during the winter months - please discuss this with Keely upon booking. There are STRICTLY no parties or larger gatherings allowed to take place at this property. We are short term accommodation nestled in between full time residents and we want to co exist peacefully. Therefore - we ask that you stick to the 8 guest maximum.
