Sam Houston/New Braunfels/Gruene 25 mins from Downtown San Antonio/Zoo/Schlitterbahn 30 mins from Fiesta Texas/La Cantera/The Rim 0780 The space The house has no carpet and offers a privacy fence around the whole back yard. Currently we are building a covered deck and updated landscaping that will make the back yard a mini oasis and a great place to hang out. Covered deck will have chairs, table and a gas grill for outdoor enjoyment. Air conditioned Sun-room with nice leather couch and Cable/Smart TV A movie room with couch and Cable/Smart TV with over 200 movies to have a more intimate space to relax. We have WIFI, washer/dryer, water softener, reverse osmosis water filter in kitchen, granite, fully stocked kitchen, and Kuerig coffee machine - all you need to bring is your clothes. One bedroom has a Queen Sleep Science adjustable bed and the other has a High end Queen Beauty rest mattress to sleep in pure comfort. We offer a portable twin bed that is very comfortable and can be setup in the sun-room or middle TV room for a 5th guest. The house is tastefully decorated with antiques and modern furniture pieces. SMALL DOGS ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS DISCUSSED PRIOR TO BOOKING, THERE WILL BE A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT ASSOCIATED WITH ALLOWING A PET. Guest access Full kitchen Feel free to use a fully stocked kitchen, there are top of the line appliances (Bosch stove/vent hood), pots, pans, utensils that you are welcome to use to cook or reheat food. There is a k-cups coffee station with several types of coffee and tea for your enjoyment & well-being. Sunroom Enjoy your morning coffee, drink an ice tea or take a nap on the super-comfortable couch. It is the perfect way to wind up a great day out in the city or a nice afternoon weekend. Laundry room Full size laundry room at your disposal with a utility sink for your use . The whole house is accessible except the garage (available for 30 day or more booking) and storage building in back of house. Driveway for 2 vehicles and street front parking for 2 vehicles. Other things to note Walking distance to library, Park, Chester's Cheeseburgers, McDonalds, Mexican restaurants , and Randolph Air Force Base. If you do not want to wash dishes, guests usually purchase paper products. We have the policy to take a little and leave a little with food in the pantry or the refrigerator.
